Mark Diacono Supper Club Menu - Monday 5th August

We are thrilled to announce our next Summer Supper Club evening at Honey & Co Daily, with the extremely talented Mark Diacono.

Join us on Monday 5th August, when Mark will be cooking up a feast from his newest cookbook, Vegetables: Easy and Inventive Vegetarian Suppers, putting vegetables back at the heart of the plate.

Mark Diacono is fortunate enough to spend most of his time eating, writing, and talking about food. He has written several award-winning cookbooks and was an integral part of the River Cottage family. It’s safe to say he knows his way around a vegetable patch.

Mark knows how to make vegetables shine in an extraordinary way, getting the absolute most out of them and this book exemplifies just that. Mark emphasises eating beautiful seasonal food and offers useful swaps to maximise each season. This is a principle we hold dear to us and incorporate into every menu we create.

We will be serving a 3 course sharing menu featuring dishes that make the most out of readily available fresh food. We are beyond thrilled to welcome him and his colourful, clever, and flavourful food into our kitchens this August!

The Supper Club menu is £55 per person for 3 courses. Drinks can be bought on the night. A service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill. We ask for 24 hours notice of cancellation.
